1 Year Anniversary

This Saturday will be our 1st Anniversary Event. For us, this is all about giving back to those who have supported us though these last twelve months. You really have no idea how much we appreciate you all coming in and joining us time and time again. So with that in mind, we are keeping things a bit low key and personal and trying to give back to all of you.

Gift Buckets and Holiday Hours

By request, we put together a few gift buckets for those of you who would like to give a gift from I & I Brewing or for you last minute shoppers. They include an empty growler, 2 pint glasses, some stickers and a certificate for a growler fill all wrapped up in a reusable ice bucket by the ladies of I & I. All for $25.

Also, we will be CLOSED Christmas Day and New Years Day. All other hours/days will be as usual.

Giving Back for the Holidays

Sam is a young guy who has been dealt a bad hand and is still moving forward in his life with a great attitude and hope for the future. We would like to do everything we can to make sure Sam can spend as many holidays as possible with those he loves. This event is NOT at the Brewery and it is not sponsored by us. It is at the Slidebar in Fullerton on Sunday, December 9, 2012 .

For those who cannot make it there, in order to help him out, we will be collecting donations for this event, PLUS we will donate all of the tips we receive this week AND I & I Brewing will donate 5% of our sales for the week.

Thanksgiving Holiday Hours

Thanksgiving is coming up soon.  So wanted to let you know our hours for that week (Nov 20-24).

We will be closed on Thanksgiving day.  Oustide of that - business as usual!

4-8 Tues and Wed, 4-10 on Friday and 2-10 on Saturday.

Tasting Room Hours

Starting next week on Tuesday, October 23, we will be changing our tasting room hours. We have been considering this for a while now but we will finally be open during the week as well as staying open a bit later on weekends. Our new hours are as follows:

Tuesday to Thursday: 4Pm-8PM
Friday: 4PM-10PM
Saturday: 2PM-10PM

We will be trying these hours out and see how they go. Also to note is that we are opening an hour later on Saturday.

Hello, is this thing on?

I noticed that it has been a little while since we last posted anything to the blog.  Just wanted to give a quick update to all that is going on. 

We mentioned back in April that we were looking into moving.  Yes, that is still happening, no we have not done it yet, no I do not have a timeline on it yet.  There are a lot of factors that are making this take so long, but it will all be worth it in the end.  We will be sure to keep everyone up to date here, on our website and via twitter and facebook when there is more concrete information that we can share.

In our last post (back in June!), we mentioned $2.00 off growler fills on Saturdays.  Just wanted to bring that up again as it has remained in place.  So bring in those growlers (or come grab new ones) on Saturdays to take advantage.

We are constantly rolling out new beers and changing around what we have on tap.  Be sure to keep an eye on our website or follow us on twitter and facebook to keep up to date on the latest of what we have available.  Always something good going on around here.  Any other specials we have going on will also pop up on twitter and facebook from time to time as well.

Finally, just wanted to say thanks to everyone!  We are grateful for all of the support and the new friends we have made along the way.  This has been amazing and we look forward to what the future brings for I & I!

To help celebrate the Dads in our lives, we are kicking off a new Saturday only special:


Starting with this Father's Day weekend: $2.00 OFF on each growler fill on SATURDAYS only!


On another note, progress is being made on the new location but it will still be a while until we are ready to move.


We are also tossing around the idea of opening additional hours/days (no, not Sundays), but haven't come to a consensus yet. If you have input, feel free to contribute.


*Note: as you may be aware, our pricing structure has also changed to reflect the amount of labor and materials for each beer separately instead of a flat rate across the board. Some beers have gone up while others have gone down.
